Information for Artists
What is a Host Studio?
A host studio is a destination on the ICAST that shows where the artists create their artwork. It is a place where the public will visit during the given tour hours. The host studio is required to be present and open to the public during tour days and hours.
A host studio can have up to 4 other individual artists exhibiting in their space.
All Host Studios must be in Indiana County, Indiana, PA
Each Host Studio will be assigned a number which represents their spot on the tour map which will be updated each year.
Each Studio will receive a lawn sign or flag sign with the studio stop number, to place outside their studio so visitors can find them.

Sept. 10th, 6pm - Question and Answer Meeting for interested artists - ICAST Office
Feb. 10th - Application Review Submission Due
Feb. 28th - Participation Fees Due
March 3rd, 6pm - Meeting for Participating Artists - ICAST Office
April 12th & 13th, 10am - 4:30pm - Photograph Collector's Edition - ICAST Office
May 24th - May 31st - Pick up/delivery of studio signs
June 7th & 8th - ICAST TOUR
June 8th - 14th - Return studio signs - ICAST Office
Special arrangements can be made for individuals who cannot make scheduled meetings or photograph sessions.

Individual Artists
Individual artists are guest artists for the host studios.
Each host studio may have up to 4 guest artists providing there is sufficient space in the studio.
Individual artists do not have to reside in Indiana County, Indiana, PA
The name of each artist will also be posted with the host studio.
Collector's Edition
Each participating Artist will receive one free framed 8" x 8" art board on which to create a piece of original art. The back will have a commemorative Collector's Edition 2024 marking. Each Collector's Edition from each artist will be sold at the same set price. Each piece will be professionally photographed at the ICAST office to be used for publicity purposes on the ICAST website. Collector's Editions may not be sold in advance. They must be sold during tour dates/hours with the sales on a first come, first served basis.
No commission is taken by ICAST and the artist will receive 100% of the set sale price.
Benefits
All participating artists will have images of their work and/or studio together with their contact information on this site year-round, with the site being updated for each year's tour.
Artists have the potential to make sales, build their clientele list, and meet other artists.
